TeerthSathi serves as a specialized digital companion helping pilgrims plan, manage, and arrange their pilgrimage journey to Haridwar and surrounding holy destinations.By accessing or using our platform, submitting a Yatra plan request, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

TeerthSathi provides information discovery, custom Yatra itinerary creation, accommodation browsing, transport options, and local assistance services.You must be at least 18 years old or under adult supervision to register an account or submit booking requests. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during all interactions with our platform.

All booking requests, pricing breakdowns, quotes, and payment confirmations are server-authoritative. Displayed prices on the platform include applicable taxes and convenient breakdown line items where stated.Certain inventory items (such as requested stay or peak-season transport) operate on an availability-confirmation basis rather than instant booking. Instant booking applies only when explicit real-time availability is confirmed by the server.

Pilgrims and travelers are responsible for adhering to local temple customs, dress codes, ghat guidelines, and municipal regulations in Haridwar and holy sites.Travelers are responsible for maintaining valid government identification (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport) required for hotel check-ins and vehicle travel.

Cancellation and refund eligibility varies depending on the specific service category (Stay, Transport, Local Services, Yatra Package) and service provider terms.The specific cancellation terms and refund conditions presented to you during the booking review step for your chosen service are authoritative for that booking.

TeerthSathi collaborates with verified third-party partners (hotels, dharamshalas, vehicle operators, local guides, pujaris). Partner verification indicates document checks and operational onboarding by TeerthSathi.Independent partner terms and ground conditions apply to partner-rendered services.

TeerthSathi acts as an facilitating platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeerthSathi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from weather conditions, temple closures, traffic delays, or third-party service failures beyond reasonable control.

All platform content, logos, design systems, illustrations, text, and code are the exclusive property of TeerthSathi or its licensors and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of our platform after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
