Payment Terms

TeerthSathi supports digital payment methods facilitated through authorized banking and payment processing partners.Supported methods generally include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and select digital wallets.

All payment amounts, pricing calculations, itemized line items, and taxes are strictly calculated and validated on the server.The client application cannot modify monetary totals or bypass payment checks. A booking transitions to CONFIRMED status only upon server receipt of verified payment confirmation.

Prices displayed on booking summaries show the base amount, applicable taxes (such as GST where applicable), and any itemized add-on charges.Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

Payments are conducted through encrypted channels directly with regulated payment gateways. TeerthSathi does not store raw card credentials or sensitive PINs.

If a payment fails or times out during processing, your booking remains in PAYMENT_PENDING status or returns to option selection.If funds were debited from your bank account for a failed transaction, your bank typically reverses the transaction automatically as per banking settlement norms.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original source payment account. Refund processing times depend on standard banking channels.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Digital booking vouchers and payment summaries are accessible upon confirmation.

TeerthSathi reserves the right to update supported payment methods or payment terms in response to banking or platform updates.
